You are creating a mud slinging competition by keeping this thread open, and you arent achieving anything out of it.

The rogue mod's actions speak louder than his or your words, he might have apologised but his attitude is still the same. I suggest you take the above quoted statement back, its in bad taste and doesnt suite you.

New mods are getting targeted a lot these days .

Thats what happens when you invite applications for mods and people are not selected. Next time just pick the right guys yourself, PM them telling about the job they will have to do... if they accept, fine. If not repeat the the process with the next guy.

Benevolent meritocracy... that's what works on online communities. Not some sort of democracy.

2) You accuse me of spreading malice in the community and inciting members.

3) You don't accept that I did nothing as alleged by you in point 2) irrespective of me showing enough matter in post # 102.

4) You give me a deadline of 11 PM tomorrow to show that you have been just/unjust.

5) You yourself are going to decide the case.

Couple of points to be noted...

1) Attitude of MOD in discussion was not right (even if he was in a bad mood). It still show that he thinks that he is something different otherwise he would not have commented like the way he did.

2) If the other MODs feel that the image he uploaded were ok and there was no mistake than it should be made a part of the rule.

3) @Renegade: You seriously need to cool off... U are way to worked up and all your recent posts make u look really bad. I am really dissapointed seeing you fight adn argue like a hormonally charged bull.
Being such a senior memeber here, I expected better from you. And neha is behaving just like a lawyer.

4) @Neha: One day am sure u will be a really good laywer but now you are on a path of self destruction and you have no freaking clue what you talking about so please go and sleep for sometime or do whatever makes you happy and never come back to this thread.

@MOD: Really my sincere request please close this thread and stop the spread of stupidity for the sake of the community and let us try to retain/regain or former glory.

@Faheem : IIRC I opened your thread after discussing with the staff about it, even though it's date was 5 days older than the date you made the thread. After that incident, we made the 3-day rule, which you can see in the Market rules thread.

Please let us not make a rule for how lenient we should be.. As mentioned several times already, that was just we being lenient with regard to the pics in FS threads. We generally ignore when one pic has the id and date clearly, and the others don't have them as clearly. That has been happening since long, be it for a member or a mod. We cannot lay down terms on how much lenient we need to be and in what context the leniency should apply. There are already members complaining that we have way too many rules, especially in the market sections..!

I guess this thread has run way too long off course, with the initial issue being resolved within the first few pages itself. Will close this thread right now. If anyone feels it should be opened again ( :O) PM one of the mods.
