Post a few ideas, figure out what everyone likes and then get one of the dealers to get the printing done. I think the logistics part would be fairly simple.

here are my suggestions

Colour

White/Grey

backside

the font on the tshirt should be same as the tech enclave logo on the main page of the website with URL in much smaller size under it. Embroidery would me much more durable than paint.

Frontside

Just a very small techenclave logo in embroidery on left side like most of the corporate shirts are.
