Hi ,
"Aqquired" the game yesterday .
I must say , it is by far one of the better multiplayer games i have played since warcraft and Quake III .
The game is very good in its gamesense . The objective is clear . and gameplay is ossum . Team play is important . There is no vs computer tho so that is a drawback .
The game is unbeliveabley slick and funny at times .
from what i have seen you have a choice to start as one of the 9 type of players .
Attack :
1) Scout - fast , good attack , double jump possible with mid air direction change and sstrafing , poor health
2)Soldier - medium to slow , excellent attack with rockets , rocket jump possible , good health .
3) Pyro - slow , more of a support player , Wields a flame thrower , medium health , short range player .
Defence :
1) Demo man - throws grenades , and sticky bombs , can detonate later . medium health .
2) engineer - can build turrets and transporters .
3) Heavy - One of the more intresting players , Sports a minigun , slow , but Excellent health . Should always be in combo with medic .
Support :
1) Sniper - Snipes with Sniper .
2) Medic - can make people invunerable , heal people .
3) Spy - most intresting , can turn invisible , pose as opposition player . Kill enimies with a single backstab . can make turrets unusable .
Maps -
Are very good and designed . Easy on the eyes . and large too . 24 people can play simultaneously .
Gameplay.
Sports capture the flag and control points type matches . i have yet to learn more about them .
All i can say in the end , This is worth every penny you put in the orange box , without the other games too , the Box will be one hella deal .
