teamviewer and other related softwares

due to personal issues i need to run this software for two machines.. one host from where i shall operate and another client one remote machine..

now is teamviwer free s/w and i can operate the client fully ? if it is not then any free s.w for this purpose ?

is there any security issue /
 
Teamviewer is free. There is an ethical practice catch though. They expect you to buy for commercial purposes, but they cannot track anything. The software is fully functional btw.
