hey there are some typos in my detail config written in the first post:-

Dark Star is finalising the terms of the contest with Kingston. Since it was the weekend, you'll have to wait for the next few days for an update :)
 
^ I heard the tentative dates are from Nov 5th ~ 12th depending on how soon you guys get the modules. bottle has requested that the timelines be communicated to everyone in advance so that nobody misses it.
 
received dark star's PM.I am excited and pumped up.Thank you TE/Mods.Also,the preview/review of the kit goes in this thread right?This memory hits 2000Mhz easy!!,let's see how it performs in my rig.
 
Received Darkstars PM. I'm okay with the terms and conditions however one of the conditions seemed to mention only a single winner. Will there only be a single winner? Because as far as I can see, we AMD users usually get destroyed in memory benchmarks by Intel :P.
 
^I was also wondering about that,maybe they will decide the winner based on frequency alone and aida is there just for confirmation of stability.
 
just saw @Dark Star 's PM. along with the concerns raised above, all memory like every other part is not created equally. binning plays a huge factor here, so how do we account for that?

other than that, im excited too :D

The preview / review should be posted in the main/final thread I'll create for OC. This is a temporary thread will be closed in near future , use this thread to notify us of your ram receipt .

We were intially looking for 2 prizes for 2 different platform but that didn't worked out, just to be fair to everyone we will be making changes to our selection criteria so that the competition doesn't get biased towards a platform.

Don't get confused - how we select winners is totally our choice, Aida testing in only mentioned for review/preview part and should not be considered for score submission or winner selection.

They will not be sending you kits form their regular stocks instead they are preparing rams for you :P So it'll be of same batch not different IMC.

but i dont think even we should have a problem. this ram generally comes close to 2000mhz and unless they are sending us a very high binned kit, we SB guys should be ok :)
