I have been using bnsl cellone mobile services and recently switched to airtel mobile services as cellone seems to drop calls and chop voice. The problem now is airtel is excellent except I cant call any bsnl cellone numbers in the daytime. All I get is all lines in this route is busy, please try again after sometime. On enquiring customer support they checked the problem and said the problem was at bsnl side and they could not do anything to help. All they said was if I can call up bsnl support and tell them to rectify the problem.
Now the question who is the customer. I always had the idea that the customer was the winner and he had the freedom of choice. Someone is surely taking us for a ride, either its BSNL or Airtel. All I want is proper connectivity and all I get is huge pile of problems![Frown :( :(](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/twitter/twemoji@14.0.2/assets/72x72/1f641.png)
Where is TRAIs QoS policy and fair competition, does such things exist in this nation?
The customers are the one who get the great connectivity problem.
