I have a quick question. I have tore up the internet looking for ways to use telnet and msdos, and, as crazy as it sounds, I have failed to find anything. I cannot do anything in either, but I have heard both can do many things via the internet, as in accessing other PC's(hacking of sorts), writing certain scripts, and so forth. Can anyone explain both of these to me breifly? It would be greatly appreciated. Or you can give me a link to a tutorial or something similar. To be honest, I want learn how to do certain things like see other computers' desktops in my house. Not for evil purposes, though.

Thanks!

i didnt fully understand your post but google for "remote desktop", "vnc" and "putty" (separately) those might help...

go to run and type the following;

telnet dsl-mud.org 4000

Just one of the wonderful things you can do with telnet. However these things are a lot easier to use and better on linux :P.

yup linux is best for these purposes..

for windows..

while hvin a friend chattin wid u.. goto to msdos and type netstat...there will be a unique ip which will be of ur friend... if u can get into that ip..u may use his comp...

a great soft called RADMIN or remote-admin also does the same thing of showing ur friend's screen on ur screen... Give it a try...
