temperature issue ,using I7 14700k ,with rtx 5070

Beginner
hello ,
actually recently my desktop started hitting temperatures like 90+ ,varying between 90-95, max was hit at 99 degree for a sec ,
am using I7 14700k with rtx 5070 12gb variant ,with MSI PRO Z790-A Max Wifi motherboard ,
while this temp issue existed only while playing Delta Force at 4k but in windowed mode ,kinda like in center windowed mode ,havent tried any later games yet
can anyone help me regarding this issue ? ,
also for cpu, am using cpu air cooler of ant-esports ,
only 1 thing am noticing is my cabinet fans are kind of weak for air flow ,so i ordered Noctua NF-A14 and F12 ippc 3000 variant ,which i will get in a week ,
so any suggestions or ideas regarding this issue ?,
please feel free to share ur views :)
thank you

An Ant Esports air cooler just won’t cut it. Good call on upgrading the case fans, but you’ll likely need a solid 240mm or 360mm AIO to really tame those temps under load.

That cooler lmaooo

1) You need a contact frame + a 360mm AIO for a 14700k.. or at the very least a top of the line air cooler like the Noctua NHD15.

Goto your bios settings and select intel defaults.. turn off all core enhancements/default motherboard overclocking features.. there are plenty of threads on reddit explaining how to do this.. you'll also find plenty youtube videos for the same.

ohhh, okie ,will go through Noctua one,
okie, will for defaults too in bios , fter seing the videos , thank you :)

You need to squash that ant. Get something like an AK/AG620 at least, for a 14700K.
honestly ,the shopkeeper gave me cooler master twin tower with twin fans thing ,but he said this ant esports will work too, so i took this , i didnt know about i7 heating issues with graphics card since till now i was using laptop only ,a basic one for work related things ,
also i was concerned about my ram slots not getting blocked by cpu cooler ,hence this too for that moment i took
get ag620 at least or AIO if you can afford, get arctic p12 5 fan bundle and change case fan around 2.8k (optinal) cancel w/e you have ordered.
ohh,okie ,
surely will look at both 620 and AIO ,
thank you so much guys for suggestions :)

So what happens is that the GPU pushes hot air from the right edge of the card. This hot air is then taken into the CPU cooler, which makes it even hotter. So those 4 heat pipes are sufficient for lower 65W to 100W(maybe). So 14900k produces way more heat ig around 220w+, so u will need a better cooler that is rated for this power and temps. Something like 6 to 8 heat pipes and a dual tower cooler, or a 360mm AIO, must do the job. I have a 14600kf and 240mm, and still suks with the contact frame tbh(SFF). So, try to create a neutral air pressure inside the case for optimal temps. And also don't get a cheap aio. IDK why this is cheap, but here ya go get this (contack frame) other brand is thermal right.
