Template for Mobile phone purchase advice!

Hey guys,
Since this "Suggest me a mobile phone" is the one of the most common type of thread on TE, I've made this thread in which I've written a simple questionnaire for mobile purchase queries.
Use this template when asking for mobile purchase suggestion.
Please copy paste the questions as mentioned below into a new thread.
The questions are accompanied by example answers (in italics) to guide you while entering your own details.
Answer the questions in as much detail as possible. Omit the question which you are not sure about.
This will help others to make accurate recommendations and you can get a prompt reply.
Questions:-
1. Budget?
A: 25k
2. Preferred Form Factor(flip, bar, slider)?
A: Bar
3. Preferred display type?
A: TFT
4. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: Want to buy only Nokia's phone.
5. Preferred input method (Touchscreen, QWERTY, etc.)?
A: Touchscreen
6. Camera required or not? If required, please specify type like front camera/flash/etc.
A: Required a 5MP camera. Flash.
7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).
A: Symbian
8. Preferred connectivity options? (3G, Wifi, Edge etc).
A: 3G.
9. What is your intended use for this phone(internet, camera, multimedia, mails, etc)?
A: Camera, mails and internet.
10. Any other requirements?
A: Don't require dual sim/require dual sim/etc.
11. If you have already considered a phone then please mention the model.
A: Nokia X6/None

As said by Renegade in the Tempelate for PC buying advice thread : Since this is the most common type of thread on TE it would be really helpful for the community if there is some form of standardization. The threads will serve as a repository of various configurations which will help people searching through the forum and possibly avoid repeat discussions for similar configurations.

Please, consider this compulsory. Please copy paste the questions as mentioned in the first post into a new thread. As a member you are requested to follow this format and ask the thread starter to comply to this format.

It may be inconvenient at first but it will work wonders in the long run.
Apart from this it will also make post cleaner and easier to understand for those who are willing to help.
