There is no doubt that the content of Thanks Maa - a Mumbai streetkids' fable with an edge of realism - will invite comparisons with Danny Boyle's Slumdog Millionaire, comparisons which the filmmaker Irfan Kamal will no doubt be pleased about

A must watch movie . I know there is a separate thread "Rate the Last Movie You Saw..." but i thought of creating a separate thread will draw more attention.
The movie is directed so well ,you never feel like watching a movie. I know it could have been less abusive and explicit but that is how it connects you to real time scenario.
I guess the character naming convention concept is later copied to "Chillar party".
The movie is far better and less glittery than Danny Boyle's Slumdog Millionaire.
After a long time i cried (Last time it was tare zamin par)
Go watch it guys .
I guess this is how bollywood movies should be made.
