The best 30 k gaming PC

Hey folks,
i need a little help here. a friend of mine wants to buy a pc and hes got 30 k on him. whats the best config you think he could buy? the main purpose is gaming, and the budget cant be exceeded.
the 30k should include the cpu, motherboard, ram, graphics card, power supply, cabinet and a dvd writer.
any help and advice will be much appreciated !

Graphics card brand can be BIG, Palit, Forsa, Sparkle or Leadtek whichever is 7k & available in Mumbai

if you can't find 7600GT that cheap then get a X1600 Pro, 7600GS or X1300XT

good config but E4300 sucks if somebody does not want to overclock

512MB RAM is useless nowadays 1GB should be minimum

Liteon makes super crappy DVD Writers

LG H12N, H22N & H42N rock

Asus 1608P3S is the best but costs 2.2-2.4k

^ above config seems gr8.. but too little ram.. dnt u think arnov ??

I suggest u cut dwn on the SMPS.. get a decent Zebronics SMPS..

And put some more ram.. 512x2 wld be nice
