the demonoid trick

if you are one of many people complaining about demonoid not

opening for them,this post is for you.

1.download the latest version of opera(in case you don't have it already).

2.turn the turbo mode on

3.now open Demonoid.com in opera.

Opera Turbo is like a proxy server, so it probably fools the Demonoid Server to believe you are elsewhere!

Thanks for the awesome tip. Does Firefox have an add-on which will work in a similar manner. I already have Firefox and Chrome (and the evil IE by default). Don't wanna clutter my OS with too many browsers.

It opened on the first time I tried(after downtime) but some times doesn't respond. So I refresh the page/hit F5 and it works fine.

I have BSNL Dataone and EVDO. With Firefox Demonoid doesn't open with either. With Opera Turbo, Demonoid opens with the Dataone broadband but still shows a blank page with EVDO.
