^^ looks like rocketdock/objectdock + rainmeter..

Glad you guys liked it and yes it required same things as kauzy sir mentioned in above post but you gotta do little play in settings of the rocket dock and rainmeter like changing icons + shifting positions like that, also you can add little more things to make it cool so suit yourself

^Thanks that wallpaper is from Win 7 theme called 'Predatory Birds' and that is also a rainmeter skin.
