How come I didn't notice before this thread existed. Of course it does, after all Swiggy isn't the only shitty food delivery company in the market.
Initially I was both zomato and swiggy user but due to a mishap (basically delivery guy picked up the food but didn't deliver, app showed he had not moved at all, I remember there was a beer&wine shop right across the road from the restaurant so I assumed he had a nice wine and dine on my behalf). So I switched to zomato only but they did the same thing in end I'm back to using both apps as I can't always make what I want to eat at home.
Their support system and the app itself is designed in a way that you waste seconds to minutes everywhere in a bid to make in forget thus give more time for the deliver to happen.
BTW have you tried to type and send gibberish in the hope it connects you to a real person? I haven't tried it myself but I don't think why it wouldn't work.
