hey mods nd admins..
i just noticed that there is a section in TE as jokers club and entertainment lounge..

but that comes up only after me typing the address as techenclave.com/forums/entertainment ( was fiddling around)

and many posts were there

so y dun it come in my browser..

The section is Invisible.

It is accessible in order for Google PR:P

You can search on Google and come to the pages there. Thus, you can access the sections if you know the URL.
 
AFAIK, the whole section was moved over to FE (Fun Enclave), the link removed, but the whole (old) data still seem to reside.. Check out the dates ..

The last post there is of August 2006. That was the time when this section was moved to FE?

^ :rofl: The Entertainment section was NOT dissolved because TB was banned!

CrazyG33k is right, we did close off the section since FE was formed for that purpose.

However you will also note that while the section is "accessible" you cannot make new threads/posts in the section.
 
^ A lot of thought did go into shifting the responsibility of "Entertainment" to FE.

Also none of the data was "moved" per se, just closed off - FE started afresh.

The idea behind moving it was to help the forums gain more of a 'Tech perspective'. Having a Jokes section on a Tech Forum, is as misdirected as being taught a course on Gardening when you join an Engineering college ;)

Nonetheless we still do have the General Talk section where everything and anything goes as long as its within limits.
