Personally, I find the light very useful but I don't know if everyone will enjoy the move from the previous versions.

Pros
+ Much better refresh rate.
+ Good weight distribution and form factor.
+ The light
+ Battery life

Cons (coming from a 3rd gen Kindle)
- The technology for the light is not quite there yet. I do have some unevenness at the bottom of my screen that I am not quite happy with. Doesn't warrant a return but if reading in darkness is something you don't do quite often, I would suggest you wait for the next revision for Amazon to improve in this area.
- Lack of page turn buttons (I like the two buttons on both sides of the old Kindle)
 
@Rahul: Many congrats! Did you notice any defects on the device as in scratches or anything of that sort? Damages?

thanks buddy, no scratches of anything it was a sealed piece, but getting the damn thing was tough, its out of stock everywhere. Finally found a black 32GB.

Glad to hear that! Did you get it locally? And the price paid?

Asking this because I am planning to get one probably after the Lumia 920 releases here. Would like to know how much Nokia is planning to price the device at.

Ya got it locally, price was same 52.5k, this time i wanted a piece with warranty. Lumia looks like a great choice from reviews :-)

Why not HTC 8x ? Looks better than Lumia and solid on paper. -minus the bulk and clunkiness of lumia.

Haven't fancied HTC much. Besides, I prefer a bulky phone over something very thin and light.

That's a good price. I suppose the 16 GB variant would be some 5k cheaper? Anyways, let's see where the Lumia 920 is priced at and I'll take a call. :P
