How will this control the computer I would like to know bro.

download and Install Flirc software from flirc website. start the flirc application.

Insert the flirc usb .Take any remote in home and you can assign operations for each remote press using the flirc software .

Thats it . now you can use the remote to control

There is demo video in the flirc website. I am using filrc for controlling Plex Home theatre for HTPC
