The seat is also mesh, moves forward backwards as well. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Mesh seat might not be for everyone though. No clue what you mean by thigh support, I am happy with it overall.

Some chairs I checked in stores doesn't have good seat depth and didn't feel comfortable when trying.. I meant to ask about this, which is shown in below image:
