Thanks for your response. But bhaiyaji fir khaate kya ho ?? I don't eat sugar and have cut down chapatis from 8 per day to 3 per day. I eat rice occasionally but then I tend to eat dal, a lot (with porridge, sprouts and egg whites etc).
