The ITDEPOT-Shipping,Octrei charges???

Hi guys i have thought of purchasing products for my PC from theitdepot as they are available at a very low price and free shipping.

Theitdepot give me 3 options for shipping
1)professional courrier,
2)DTDC AIR,
3)DTDC surface

So which shipping would be good for my location.

Location:Hyderabad,A.P.

And also what is octeri and how much i will be charged for octrei.

I don't think AP has Octroi so you won't have to pay it.
