The reality of life!

Lost my cousin brother, approx 1.5 years younger than me.. he was not even 35!

Had some really amazing memories when we were kids - even upto early 20s..
but then life happens and we get engrossed in so many other things..

Just got to know the day before that he is no more.. and it came as an absolute shock!

Had no idea that he wasn't well, health wise or mentally or whatever - it was multiple organ failure at the end.. but what caused it.. who knows!

Just sharing it with you folks.. that reach out to the people that you've cared about, mend those bridges.. and say a hi before it's too late!

sad thing, i don't really remember the last time I spoke to him! (apart from a family gathering)

Reality of life is the good moments along with the sad ones. Remember the good ones as memories. Lots of strength!

this one wasn't even 35.. I remember speaking last year for some work.. and prior to that, meeting at a family event.. that's all!

I wasn't aware his health had deteriorated in the past few months so the news did come as a bit of bad surprise.

I understand how you feel. My condolences for his untimely passing. But as someone who has been experiencing trauma for past 7 years, it gets better with time.

Frequently reminded of a saying that old age is adjusting with the reality of your body's pains and with the agony that the people whom you knew left the world one by one, those exists are those whom you don't know and don't care. Sad realities of life... So guys out there, enjoy what's left in your life...
