Why not just have the one-time pop notification thingy?? Clean, simple, effective and not really annoying. If we going to have popups, giveaways, new implementations then members can be brought upto speed just via simple notification.

Meanwhile I congratulate the winning candidate and request him to devise a good plan to spend Rs. 15,000 for and on TE. Could be a contest or multiple contests or anything else that you can imagine. We will discuss the plan within staff and give a go ahead. Lets target the first week of May for the announcement of the plan, if it is convenient of course.
Once again this is just one of the positive initiatives that we have taken for TE, more are yet to come.
