I have Pixi Plus on Airtel. But sadly the touchscreen went bad within 1 day . Now looking for a cheap Pixi (any carrier, bad ESN etc) to replace the touchscreen.

Finally, got my HP Veer today through aramex. It is an amazing piece of art, yeah..looks very cute and neat. WebOS is stunning on it. Just unlocked (using digitalunlock) and using my vodafone SIM without any issues.

I need to install preware and also, setup palm profile etc, but my WIFI at home is not working. So, will do them once I have wifi ready.

Anything else that I need to install/setup?

To all webOS users on TE

I'm looking to get a cheap smartphone and so the HP Veer comes into the picture. I have no experience with webOS phones so there are a couple of things I wanna know and also about the HP Veer as a phone.

How is the app support for HP Veer? Since this uses a different resolution than the other Palm phones, I think the number of available apps gets reduced?

I've heard about issues with accessing market place in regions where these phones aren't released. Is it possible to access the complete marketplace? Also, is there any source to install apps from "other" places?

For those that are using the HP Veer, how is the GPS? Again I read some issues with the GPS for people not using the AT&T network.

How is the browsing experience on the small screen?
