No, things would have continued as is.

Give Ukraine whatever they want for as long as it takes.

This is not a strategy that leads anywhere and is a good example of throwing good money after bad. Trump is trying to put an end to it and with some luck he just might pull it off.

They were not scared of Russia because they saw Russia as weak. A very dangerous situation because it means Russian deterrence had been eroded. That's why Putin had to restore it by issuing nuke threats.

Of course the MSM called him a mad man who wants WW3. Completely wrong take and just further rabble rousing. I understand why people get confused because the reporting isn't informing but setting an agenda.

99% of media is like this...
No one bothers to report really...Just want to say their own intentions and interpretations about it and paint their own agendas.
I saw trump vs z video where they were arguing, and heck the US media was full of either criticism against prez or comedy about him.
Our media is a different circus altogether.
But they are changing the mindset of younger generation slowly. Bad times are coming.
 
One needs to remember one thing about people speaking daily/regularly on some kind of screen.

They have to speak irrespective of they know or don't know something. They have to speak for their allotted time and topic and they need to come across as they know everything.

All they speak is Either towing a specific propaganda or post truth. They come up with something they think people will easily believe, they conjure some reasons or analysis about something which has already happened. Propaganda and/or Sensationalism to catch eyeballs is only objective.

And Regarding Russia wanting more land, Russia wants it buffer back between her and NATO. Post USSR they were promised by NATO about non expnasion in east of NATO. But, NATO cheated and expanded to the borders of Russia. Russia wasn't left with choice about her security.

Not much would've been different.

Only difference would've been pace and co-ordination. With Kamala it would've been gradual and a bit tapered. With Trump things would be abrupt with a monkey throwing some wrenches in the works. (BRICS+ is set to cut West to size. There is nothing much with West that can convince any of the members otherwise.)

But all outcome are eventual. Ukraine I had already said, Some to Russia and Rest to American companies. Other events are Palestine solved for Israel, Taiwan to China, POJK to India, Eventually Akhand Bharat, Greater Russia with Russia getting it's influence back in East Europe, Greater China with Taiwan and influence in South East Asia, America influence limited to Americas and some what to West Europe, Dollar looses it's reserve currency status and declines, Gold goes Up. America's allies would bear the most of the brunt of US weakening. A lot capital will move from West to East.

Let's see how much time it takes.

Disclaimer : Some unexpected extra ordinary events or West pulling some rabbit out of the hat might nullify above.

The general direction is Deglobalisation, Dedollarisation, Decolonisation. West will have to produce more and more locally with local resources and local pollution. No more outsourcing of any of the 3. This is going to be a major outcome of all that is to happen.

That's not true. Pro govt media isn't like that. Only opposition media does this.

In this case pro Russian is more credible than any western media. And listening to either Putin or Lavrov.

Nope, its the same thing here as well.

Stick to pro govt sources and you will be fine. This applies to any country with elections and a relatively free media.

It's not that difficult to understand media. Who to listen to and who to ignore. Why do so many people get confused here.

You either want to understand what a government is doing or you want to bash said government. I'm interested in the former.

Also Nato armour is easier to spot and differentiate. Russian Drone operators usually used to make sure it's not a russian tank. Since at a distance it's not easy to differentiate Soviet T series tanks from one another without the Z marking or flag.

Western tanks are bigger in size and troop carrier is also bigger.

Before the war begin, Ukraine had the second most powerfull land force in all of Europe after Russia. Their long range air defenses like S300/Buk was bigger in numbers then even India and was the second largest after Russia.

Ukraine armed by Nato and trained with Nato tactics for years couldn't even penetrate the Russian 1st defense line, Unless it was by design funnel to a meat grinder where Ukraine troops where pinned and killed.

All the so called western game changing weapons have been destroyed.

Nato only hope is their air force. But Russia is no Yugoslavia. The Nato warplanes will be shot down and the airbases destroyed with Hypersonic weapons.

The west exploited the WWII side effect of cold war geo-politics to keep their countries elite and upper class without much effort.
Globalization at least proved other countries can also at least work to come up better and equal level.
Migration ensured varieties of opinions and political thought process.

Now they want cold war like compartmentalization back, only then they can stay on top.

Should be worried about this USA +naive EU vs and some moronic geopolitics will lead to some unexpected knee jerk reaction and mass attack.

USA's was interested in de-stabilizing their actual opponent EU, which almost worked well.
USA's next target will be South Asia, brics, etc. the areas where there are lot of natural resources; India, China, etc. living in comparative peace, now time to create some issues...!
