WTB Thin and light laptop for under 25k.

Preferably with a 5th or 6th gen processor.
I know it might be difficult with current prices, I remember buying a 2014 MacBook Air for 25k in 2018.
Things have changed now but I was hoping for a similar deal, preferably a windows laptop.
Have to upgrade dad's twelve year old laptop and really short on budget.

Any leads would be great. TIA
