Personally, I think we need smaller cases...

but for that, Processor and GPU manufacturers will have to cooperate. The CPU manufacturers are doing so, god alone knows when the jerks over at ATi and NVidia will figure out the need for lower power and silent stuff..

I totally agree!!! I would build my cabinet from fans if I could get a much better performance

Well, I think you KIDS need to grow up. And learn a thing about how big and noisy NOT= powerful. E.G. Pentium M kicks ass of Pentium <insert anything other than M>

I am not saying that noise = performance.

What I am saying is that I would not mind an increase in noise if I can get a much better performance.

And i didnt mean to imply More Noise = More Performance.

I meant to say id rather run a Fan at 5000RPM and 52db if it gave me more cooling.

I've used Enhance PSUs. They come with OEM HCL systems. A 285W PSU has 17A on 12V rail . Easily run a 6800GT ). That brand I can personally testify for. The rest I have no clue.

Silent is good especially since I spend late hrs and in the still of the night even a slight humming from the fans can irritate..

Well, maybe.... But when I am not gaming, I am listening to music. So, I barely hear the noise of the fans.
