PC Peripherals Thinking of getting 5.1 speakers

A very important part of my HTPC is still left to be bought, a 5.1 speaker setup.

Budget is 5-6k. First I was thinking about Altec lansing MX 5021 but 2.1 system will not do justice to divx and HDs.

I have two options in mind Creative T6060 and Logitech X-540. I am more inclined towards X-540 ( looks decent and matrix mode).

I don't have any idea about latest price of these speakers, can someone shed some light?
 
Forgot to mention my usage,

movies :cool2: (divx , HD and DVDs) 70 % + TV 20% + Music 10% + No gaming (dont remember last time played a game) :bleh:

That's the best thing I can buy but 20k, no way. That will be in my wishlist for next year maybe.
