^^ Kaspersky officially provides the downloads. And you can purchase the keys of Kaspersky online as well. And hence they provide official download.

Microsoft does not sell the keys online or only keys. And online download access and keys are for MSDN accounts for which downloads are provided.

Can you make sure that the link people post here wont contain activation hack, loader or illegal serial number in them?

You cant, and we cant. And thats why we dont allow it.

Just a question

For example if I give a proper link from where you can download Windows 7 but won't be able to use it (not beyond trial period) if you don't have a legitimate key, will it be ok?

No, there cant be exceptions as honestly we dont have all day to check every link to make sure its a untouched ISO ( which still is not freely distributed by Microsoft and for a reason ) .

Without verifying that, how can we allow such things.

Also ever read the fine print on the media discs provided by Microsoft? In addition to "do not make illegal copies, there is also a fine print telling you "Do not lend" :P

If you start distributing such things, there is again issue of someone making illegal use or the same. That is the reason redistribution is also illegal.

Its not just what you do, but what will be the impact of things you do.

Its illogical and honestly not many will care, but its better not to have such things here to maintain clean image of TE and avoid flood of such things in future.
