Got the thumb screws & mobo stand-offs from DX - pretty decent quality, as good as that which came with the CM Centurion. Delivery in less than 8 days.

Noticed that the Centurion is black while the thumb screws are chrome/silver. And, I live in a horribly polluted place, any exposed metal tends to corrode fast. Did not want to paint them. Found that they fit snugly into ( black ) 8mm heat shrinkable sleeve. Cut half inch piece of the sleeve and shrunk it over the thumb screw. Had to trim off a bit at the top end. Looks pretty good, nice feel/grip when using the screw. If you make it slightly longer at the end that meets the screw, that excess part of the sleeve also acts as a kind of soft "washer" between the screw-top and the cabinet. Only con : a small portion of the top is exposed.
