Thunderbird not syncing IMAP properly!

OK people

I am trying to use Thunderbird with IMAP account on mail.com.

The problem is that a few of the folders are not reflected in the folder list on left side of Tb.
I have unchecked the keep local copy thing because I do not want TB to bloat itself and slow my netbook.
Can anyone tell me how I can make sure that all the folders are listed?

I am using Tb 7.0.1

Under File>Subscriptions, are all your folders checked for that account? I believe that only a few folders are automatically subscribed.
