I've been with Tikona for nearly 2 years and so far so good. Speed and reliability is excellent. Their support is outstanding and they're extremely fast at replying to support emails. On the rare occasions my connection drops, they have fixed the issue now. They also made sure everything was OK when the transmitter on the building next to me was not working properly and I faced a connection disconnection, but Tikona monitored the issue and made sure my connection was back at full speed and stable.
I sincerely hope Tikona keep their feet on the ground and continue to offer this top quality service, which I can highly recommend.

well, my case has been exact opposite.. not even that i get bad service but i faced lots of issues when disconnection. even after notifying months before relocating they didn't disconnected my connection. as a result they keep on generating bills even after constant remainders. It was until I threatened them of checking the usage and that of complaining to consumer court they rectified the issue but that was after 5 long months.

I DO NOT believe this OP. Seems a Rep from the company created a new Id with a fake name offcourse to advertise their useless service and fake calls from Delhi Court to harass customers.
Btw OP posted on mouthshut as well using same id.

At least use a fictitious name man

I guess Tikona service varies from location to location. Here are the two scenarios i have faced so far

1) Stayed at Goregaon for 2 years and i opted for Tikona. Their service was very pathetic and i hardly get any speed. Even worse, when i start downloading something in torrent, the connection drops (guess due to multiple connection and the modem just couldn't handle). Escalated and hardly any resolution.. Within 3 to 4 months i cancelled the connection and moved to local cable guy though his price was on the higher side
2) Recently moved to Mira road and i couldn't get hold of the local cable guy. He just kept postponed and never met me for months. Frustrated, and then saw an ad of Tikona in my building itself and thought of giving it one more try. Immediately, on the same day Tikona executive came, installed and activated the connection. To my surprise, everything was perfect for more than a month. Later i upgraded to 2 Mbps unlimited, and to my surprise i constantly get more than 200kbps speed.. So far very good and i am happy with tikona :) I have faced some 3 to 4 hours downtime for the last 4 months.. Not bad i guess.

So, the only logical conclusion is that Tikona service and connection varies from location to location and also depends on multiple factor. Also, a point to note that tikona is no longer a VFM player in the market that they used to be a few years back.

Ditto, even I received the calls until they gave up calling at all.. as I had the usage records and all proofs earlier and threatened to complain to consumer court they got demotivated in calling me.
