Read about YOU having negative reviews. Tikona should be good enough?
Tikona is the worst ISP in India. Its being run by a bunch of fraud people. They dont tell you that on a 768 KbPS plan, you will get a max speed of 400KbPS and after 7GB download, you will have a contention ratio of 1
a very large number) due to which the speed will be reduced to 200 Kbps.... Worse, they wont give you your money back if you deactivate the internet.
You, however, not being worst is a close contender. But at many places, it has +ve reviews. Plus, hurricane plans launched recently are the best...but, seriously I would not bother with any of these ISPs,
