Storage Solutions Time for RMA???

Been having issues with WD640GB AAKS.....audio and video would lag for every 3 seconds...it when i try to open the drive it will lock up the system or else slow it down immensely,i have to restart the system to get it going again!!

Ran the extended test using WD diagnostic tool...this is what i got!!!

So should i start backing up data and RMA asap???

Yup indeed time for RMA!

Make sure to copy your personal data first and then go for full backup if possible!

BTW how much time does it take for RMA...and should i go about doing it??
