Are there any service charges/fees for a charge back?
 
No there aren't any if your case is genuine (my guess is that they charge the vendor). but in case your claim is not correct; they will charge 100rs + ST to you.

Suggest everyone to refrain from buying this online retailer. The prices are highly tempting and you will be fooled into buying by a their CC. Register, put your stuff in cart, apply discount coupon and wait for the page to expire, voila! you will get a call from their contact centre stating your page has expired. Can they help you polace an order? You order thinking of the good impression such a prompt service has made on your mind. Then the painfull hell starts of waiting and calling their contact centre. They hang up on you and disconnect your call if you are upset or rude(and even the most patient of us can be if we spend big hard earned money and dont get the product delivered to us). Then you end up doing a google search and ccavenue mailbox payu mailboxes come to your notice. You start by writing strong emails and then the wait starts to get your hard earned money back. You have just ruined your shopping experience. The satisfaction of the product purchase and the eagerness with which you would have been looking forward to holding your new found love for a gadget goes up in smoke of anger.
