May be they should rot in jail for their entire lives , waiting for the death penalty . Perhaps this is a better punishment than instant death .
 
Sometimes I feel it is due to the fact that majority of population are frustrated. stressed, bullied and sex startved, which drives them to commit such heinous crime with no remorse. But I aint no psychology expert.
 
sad state of law in our country. policing absolutely nil. even child gang rapists can get away with a few years in a detention. i sometimes wish an armed vigilante group starts in india to take care where the law is not doing anything.i would support them
 
I am absolutely against death penalty and inhumane punishment, but..
These people who do this to children must be put in solitary for 10~15 years with no sunlight hours and after that given the needle.

If you want sex, go to a prostitute, why be such monsters and ruin lives of the lives of the kids.
 
These people should be castrated and then thrown into lifetime of rigorous imprisonment. They should be made to work at least 14 hrs. a day like bulls. Let all their testosterone be drained out through back-breaking work. Both juveniles as well as adults should be treated in this way. Reasonable care should be taken so that these people survive at least 14 years of imprisonment. But if they die in the process of punishment, then also it is fine.
 
Turns out two minors(8th & 10th grader) who used to play with little child raped her at the park in night. On questioning they confessed having hindered the investigation process & later on joined the protest of local residents to speedify the process of catching the culprit.

Do you guys know that offenders don't do it for sex?
 
honestly, the best punishment is
call the best doctor, media and the psycho.
doctor gives him something that stimulates and overly active his body and makes him not to die
the psycho does the best torture in the world ever
the media live telecast, so no another human being does ever lays eyes.
this should be done minimum a week and he should be hanged for a day on the street and thrown away on desert.

I don't know about that, but then how do you know that they don't do it for sex?
Yes there may be some out there who do it for some kind of mental revenge or dominance or some other psychological factor but I believe that there are many who use the sex as a weapon to derive the psychological satisfaction. Remove the weapon and drain the energy out, there is a likelihood that this avenue of deriving mental satisfaction can be choked.
