TonidoPlug for streaming+24/7 download rig

I am planning to setup a 24/7 download hub+remote server+DLNA for my home.Is it possible to do all these using TonidoPlug ?Where can I buy one ???Please share your inputs.

Currently my setup is a samsung LCD+HTPC+PS3+Ibaton router+samsung vibrant+BSNL3g+BSNL broadband.For downloading I am using a netbook which I like to replace with TonidoPlug .More over It is used to stream video -audio-pics to my samsung LCD ,PS3 and HTPC (running XBMC) and SAGE TV.

Can I use TonidoPlug in place of my Atom netbook???Where can I pruchase One????

You can go for a Pogoplug, Seagate Dockstar, Seagate GoFlex Net etc as well and its much cheaper also. You can do all what you want with these too.
