Hello people....

Good news finally..my sis is arriving on 15April and her intenary is done and finally my dream of the Asus G1 will be a reality :hap2:

1. Now which is the best place to get Asus G1 laptop and 8800GTS 320MB in the US?

2. Can I pay it online n get it shipped to US? which is the best place to do that?

3. Will my opty 170@2.45 be a bottleneck coz I dnt want to upgrade until native quad cores hit the market in a big way...

4. Will my powersafe 500W be able to drive the 8800GTS...? its doing fine with 1800XT.

5. Does the 8800GTS really draw close to 200W idle..anyway to reduce idle power consumption?

Damn, I dnt mind high power consumption on load, but idle power consumption of 200W is disturbing...

5. That is a big fat Rumor/B*lls**t it is max 150-200W Load (Same as X1900XTX 512MB)
