Need help!
I have Windows 7 32Bit.
Now the problem is my E2180 Intel CPU goes high now and then while nothing is running even and the average interval of few seconds(60-120).
Saw too many svchost.exe at Task manager.
But,could not confirm which one taking the CPU.
I confused and have no idea about this.

svchost.exe process are related to Windows Services, it is common to have multiple copies of this exe running in your machine.

You can use Process Explorer from sysinternals and check what services each of the svchost process are running and shut them down if necessary.

Though it is a system process, there are chance that your system might be infected. Check the running system processess and disable the unwanted ones.
To be sure about the viral issue, better scan your system with a good AV.

I have downloaded Process Explorer but don't know how to use it.

I mean,how do I know which program took high load/cpu ?

This is showing current cpu usage like task manager.

The process of high cpu use is fraction of time so my eye could not catch it.

But,the high memory use can be seen.

What is the CPU consumption of your "System Idle Process", if itis consistently high then your CPU is free most of the time.

The reason I suggested you to use process explorer was to see what each of the svchost.exe is running.

Select svchost.exe from Process Explores list and right click and select properties from the context menu, this will open up a tabbed dialog box. Select Services tab, there you will see the host of Windows Services which are running under that svchost.exe process. If you find any of those services are not usefull you can stop them directly from that tab.

Just selecting svchost.exe there will also show the list of services running under that process (for a brief time period).

Did a full scan using my Avast free version but nothing found.
I could not find the exact reason.
Process Explorer have no record to show which process took how much CPU and when.
It only showing current status.

Note:I could be wrong but it happens mostly while my on any network.
I may be my GPRS or LAN with other PC while file sharing.
Any kind of audio(playing mp3 or in game audio) get stuck for a second and then run normal again.Time interval like a minute

No virus and svschost, exe are normal.

What could be the problem then ?

I have no clue.

When CPU goes suddenly high it affect mainly on Audio (Playing a MP3 or game audio) which is can be easily find.

Disable unwanted services like wireless, remote computer, remote registry etc. if you dont use those. That will reduce the number of running process and cpu utilization

I already did that way before.

Do u think it may be because of the clash of drivers ?

If mainly affect on Audio and affecting while I'm on any network LAN or USB modem.

I too had the exactly same problem. I use Win 7 32 bit on Q8200 with Norton NIS ALWAYS with regular updates. I updated the BIOS reinstalled all the drivers, uninstalled the unnecessary programs, but still no solution. Finally I got fed up as I couldn't see movies or listen songs after connecting or disconnecting my internet connection for about 1 - 2 minutes and so I formatted my PC. It was well worth it since that problem was driving me nuts I couldn't find any solution, anyways the entire process of formatting and reinstalling hardly takes more than 2 hours, also you get peace of mind.

I already did that.

Problem solved.

Thanks anyway.

But,installing new OS for this kind problem is only suitable for nub like me.

The pro ppl solve this kind of matter without installing OS now and then.....
