torrent problem help please

I am dl a fairly large torrent with azureus, the file composed of mostly videos in a folder, anyway i was browsing the folder while it was dling and the thumbs file went missing. So i got a new one and put into the folder and restarted azureus and got a fresh torrent and replaced with the old one, but i am starting out 0% and it was at 90%. So i tried to check if it would dl a file i know is complete and it does, (i play entire file but it is still dl it). Is there anyway i can get back 90%?
 
when the thumbs were deleted automatically... u should not have messed
with it...if u have not modified the file (vdeo) yourself..chances are there for u to reach back to 90% by opening the old torrent file... download a new copy of the original torrent file & force-check it.
