Torrents over http?

Is there any way we can download torrents over normal http?
Are there are torrent clients that allow this?

i think imageshack has this service which will download torrents on its server , then let you save over http

better than imageshack. imageshack throws up too many corrupt files.

Tried with BitLet but was unable to download with it. Will check out torrelay now.
