torrents stuck in torrentflux. help

guys in my torrentflux seedbox {of which i am a use not admin} two torrents are like stuck. one at 52.something and other at 2.3something and i cant remove or do anything with them.
help but quemanager is showing them as active:@
 
ask ur reseller to wipe it off for u.
