Laptops toshiba m500 temperatures....

my new toshiba protege m500 with c2d t5600 went upto 62 deg c , both cores ..is it normal temp range ?? or any problem ?? used speed fan, & it was giving out lot of hot air & fan was quite audible. i just installed office & was simaltaneously browsing some pics stored on hdd...so aything to worry about??
