Storage Solutions Toshiba Portable HDD, RMA warranty info

Hello can any one help me out?
I have a Toshiba Portable HDD. its giving the click of death.....
now its still under the warranty , bought from US. Toshiba has a global warranty ,
but i couldnt find a single service center here in India that can help me out....

do any of you guys know any service center or online helpline?

Toshiba portable HDD warranty is handled by Rashi peripherals in india

but i am not sure that rashi will accept US sales in India. Plz post your exp:with rashi here so that others can follow the same !!!!!!!!!
