In case you are from Mumbai Region, I can reduce the price for you, you can either look for replacement power adapter or ask any service centre for diagnosis / repairs, since laptop is in proper working condition I dont think you would be charged heftily,

thanks for the input @nish_pinto but I wont be able to open up and all the removal stuff as its way beyond my abilities :ashamed: , great guide btw.

Anyone who is interested in doing that minor repairs mentioned by nish_pinto can pm me will reduce price if reqd
