the pics you posted are good for nothing buddy , better get some good quality snaps of the phone , how can you expect someone to see it when the pic is so noisy :S

Genuine buyer can ask for better pics and I'll send loads of awesome quality pics to a genuine buyer only.

Also Mention Reason for sale, Warranty Status, its not about the Intent of the Buyer ,its about following the Basic TE rules

Reason for sale - Going to buy iphone 4

Warranty status - Though it is less than 5 months old but not warranty as he bought it from outside India. Though 3 days testing warranty will be provided.
