Touch screen phone less than 3k

I have a very young nephew with incoming birthday. He has expressed a wish for a touch screen mobile. mu budget is 3k max- can i get some thing ? needed decent music- some camera-touch screen.

The cheapest option from a major brand would be the Nokia C2-02 (touch+type) for ~3.3k
If you want a full touch screen from a major brand then the Samsung Champ Deluxe Duos C3312 ~ 3.8k

Dark angel, your suggestion for nokia is good but i am not able to understand why hv u suggested Huawei G7010 phone. This Co. does'nt have much service centers nor does it has proper outlets. And what they are giving in 3300, the same features he can get in other brands too like Micromax X271 or Spice 5363. Are they not good brands.
