Hi I have a TP link router purchased from flipkart. Its still under warranty.
However, I tried tp-link support website, and nobody picks up the tech support phone. I contacted a local dealer and he told me that they only support those who bought from them. So we have to contact seller.

The problem is this.
After an hour of use, the router stops working, and all lights come on. Sometimes, all lights flash. I have tried firmware upgrade to latest version, hard reset etc., but problem comes after around an hour of use. I feel something inside may be overheating or something.

Any idea how to send it back to TP-LINK? Do I have to send it back to flipkart? They say manufacturer warranty has to be claimed from manufacturer.

Send a email to flipkart describing there is no one available on hotline number and ask them to provide support details or replace the product.

Where do you stay?

If you are in Mumbai then you need to go/send it to their office at Vasai Road. They will send you a new product.
