TP link TL-WR841N,need modem to access the mtnl BB

I am planning to buy Tplink TL-WR841N,i wan to ask ,so i still need to buy separate modem to access my mtnl BB

Yes, this is just a router, you will still require a modem. Why dont you try 300Mbps Wireless N USB ADSL2+ Modem Router TD-W8968

If you are planning to use third-party firmware then you are better off with a separate ADSL modem.

i m single desktop use ,some time use net on laptop n mobile

then TPLINK TD-W8961ND or TPLINK TD-W8951N will work for my MTNL bb ?? as it has both router and modem
