TPB Torrents Suddenly Stopped Working on MTNL (mumbai)!! WTF??

guys.. all of a sudden since yesterday uTorrent's been having a problem downloading any torrents. At first i thought it was MTNL's servers or DNS and it would pass with time.. but today again its the same thing!

I have google DNS configured in the router & it was everything was fine till yesterday!! In the past i had no issues at all before, this is the first time that it's been this way.

Anyone have any idea whats happening?? :huh:

My router is the MTNL supplied DNA A213 router. Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Looking at the other thread where banglore guys on Airtel are reporting problems.. is there something more behind this??

BTW.. i was downloading from TPB..

edit: apparently TPB torrents seem to be having trouble... anyone else having this??

Nopes... TBP is working just fine here on MTNL.

Try OpenDNS or NortonDNS or Comodo secure DNS

a checklist for u to chk

1. do u have a firewall? if yes, have u allowed utorrent?

2. ports, are they forwarded?

lastly, donot use public trackers only do private ones.

no firewall in use... Just Windows 7 64bit with the default firewall that already has a permission set to allow uTorrent to go through.

The ports are fine. The port i've configured uTorrent to use is accessible and correct. What i cant figure out is why it suddenly stopped downloading TPB torrents. There have been no changes to my system at all.

The funny part is, that torrents from other trackers seem to be ok.. it's TPB thats having a problem!

Also which private trackers do you know? Can you suggest any via PM? Most of them require invites to join up if i'm not mistaken?

well if i were u i wouldnt touch anything public and yes mostly all trackers are signup or invite, if u have any private tracker where u are a member, provide screenshots of ur ratio and alot of good ppl here can help u out. For trackers, etc post in the p2p section, and am sure we all can help u out, but give us proof of ur ratio and accounts.
