Tracker offline but seeding continues !!

For the past few days i am observing that the bwtorrents tracker is showing offline most of the time (the torrent icon also become red) but the seeding still continues. Now i suppose under such circumstances the seeded data would not be counted. And i am noticing this as the ratio on their website has not at all improved inspite of so much uploads and no downloads. What may be the issue ?
DHT is disabled in utorrent

disable DHT & Peer Exchange

do not close utorrent till tracker comes back online

your stats will update.

if you close utorrent when it shows tracker is offline, stats will NOT update to the tracker.
